The more casual way to put it is therapy is something that can help us when we are facing stressors or other struggles in our day to day lives. Therapy is one of many tools to assist in improving our quality of life, healing of the past, or growth for the future. It is not just for "people with problems", but has shown to be beneficial for people of all stages of life.
Therapy can be helpful at many times throughout life. It may be particularly time to seek assistance if we find ourselves struggling with emotional or mental health issues, facing life challenges, or seeking personal growth.

This is also a time to ask any questions about the therapy process further. From there, the first session can look different for every client as every treatment is tailored to each individual need collaboratively.
At Bloom Here Therapy. sessions are 50 minutes long as scheduled. Late starts do not postpone the end time. Longer sessions can sometimes be scheduled based on therapeutic need.
It is recommended to start with weekly sessions for the first month to 90 days, but biweekly is also available. Monthly sessions are available after therapeutic progress has been established.
